1. The plant adopts biomembrane contact oxidation method and sterilizing principle to digest organic pollutant.This plant has suitable dimension,compact structure,and weight light,flexible starting and running.
2. The plant is consisted of five tanks:shatter tank,two stage aeration tanks,settle tank and sterilizing tank.
3. The structure type and capability are both complied with National Standard GB10833-89<>requirement,The discharge water after treatment also fulfill discharge standard requirement of International Sea Environment Protection Committee IMO MEPC,2(VI).Meanwhile,it has grained Marine product type certificate of ccs.
4. Due to strong corrosion resistance,it can use seawater to flush sewage in toilets.
Principle Description
The sewage from toilets is led into shatter tank.Big suspend solid,after shattered by pump,is led into two stage aeration tanks through grid.In the two stage aeration tanks,the aerobic bacteria grow on wad and form biology film.In the condition of filling oxygen ,the aerobic bacteria clear up organic substance in,sewage and change to innocuous carbon dioxide and water.At the same time,the aerobic bacteria is get to breed,the organic substance is cheared up again.The treated sewage is led into settle tank,the sludge settle to tank bottom is back to aeration tank to as bacteria pip and treat again The treated sewage.
